| Answer: | This happens a lot with the psoft package system. Usually the cause is that the control panel can't connect to one of your servers. View your /var/log/hsphere/hsphere.log for more specific errors. |

| Answer: | This is a bug with the psoft system. You can manually fix the issue by adding our jar files to the classpath. Open ~cpanel/.bash_profile CLASSPATH=/hsphere/local/home/cpanel/hsphere/WEB-INF/lib/CUSTOMPACKAGE.jar:"/hsphere/local/ho me/cpanel/shiva"; This has been fixed in Hsphere 2.4.3 |

| Answer: | This is because with the new stats version 1.6.6 and higher you have the ability to adjust the stats from within the admin area. To show only the stats you want to show. You will need to click the configure button, or go to 3rdParty Tools > HT-stats and configure the stats there. |
