| Answer: | This happens a lot with the psoft package system. Usually the cause is that the control panel can't connect to one of your servers. View your /var/log/hsphere/hsphere.log for more specific errors. |

| Question: | When running one of psofts java tools, I get errors about your custom addons that it can't be found. |
| Answer: | This is a bug with the psoft system. You can manually fix the issue by adding our jar files to the classpath.
Open ~cpanel/.bash_profile
CLASSPATH=/hsphere/local/home/cpanel/hsphere/WEB-INF/lib/CUSTOMPACKAGE.jar:"/hsphere/local/ho me/cpanel/shiva";
