| Answer: | This happens a lot with the psoft package system. Usually the cause is that the control panel can't connect to one of your servers. View your /var/log/hsphere/hsphere.log for more specific errors. |

| Answer: | This is a bug with the psoft system. You can manually fix the issue by adding our jar files to the classpath. Open ~cpanel/.bash_profile CLASSPATH=/hsphere/local/home/cpanel/hsphere/WEB-INF/lib/CUSTOMPACKAGE.jar:"/hsphere/local/ho me/cpanel/shiva"; This has been fixed in Hsphere 2.4.3 |

| Answer: | There are 2 possible reasons: 1) your trial license has expired. Please uninstall the product. 2) you added a new webserver, each time you add a new webserver you must rerun the package installation. |
